Example multi-clinic workflow
A typical group-practice operation in WIO CLINIC
Patient is seen at Clinic A (Istanbul, TRY) for a consultation · referred to Clinic B (Ankara, TRY) for surgery · post-op care at Clinic C (Dubai, AED) · billing operates in each clinic's local currency · consolidated reporting in EUR at group HQ. RBAC governs which staff at which clinic can see which fields of the patient record — same record underneath, different views per role.
Common questions
How does WIO CLINIC guarantee data security across branches?
Each clinic branch operates in a high-security isolated data environment. Access boundaries are strictly enforced at the platform infrastructure level, preventing unauthorized cross-branch data access.

Sharing patient records across locations requires central authorization and patient consent. All data access is logged in audit trails.
Can each clinic in the group have its own configuration?
Yes. Each clinic configures its own working hours, treatment catalogs, pricing, specialties, languages, and base currency independently. Branding can be unified at the group level or differentiated per clinic. The platform supports Organization → Clinic → Branch → Department hierarchy with permissions, reporting, and configuration scoped at each level.

Group-level settings (e.g., compliance policy, audit retention, RBAC templates) cascade down; clinic-level overrides are explicit and audited.
How does onboarding work for enterprise groups?
We follow a structured 4-phase rollout: data analysis, parallel migration across branches, role-based staff training, and phased go-live. Groups of 3–10 locations complete migration in 4–6 weeks on average.

Your group is assigned a dedicated migration specialist and success engineer for continuous support before and after launch.
What support and SLA do enterprise customers receive?
Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager, a named success engineer, and a priority response SLA agreed in the contract. Phone, chat, and email support are included for every clinic in the group. Quarterly business reviews track adoption, feature usage, and roadmap alignment with your group's needs.

For groups with custom integration requirements (national health systems, accounting platforms, communications), a dedicated integration lead scopes and delivers per project.
What integrations do you offer for enterprise groups?
WIO CLINIC offers a RESTful API with thousands of endpoints, webhook delivery for major events, and pre-built integrations with common payment processors, communication platforms, and accounting systems. Custom integrations with national health registries (e.g., NHS Spine, e-Reçete, Malaffi/Nabidh, MEDULA) are scoped per project during discovery.

Standard data formats (DICOM in/out, JSON exports, machine-readable financial extracts) are supported by default — open data export is a platform-level commitment, not an enterprise feature.
How does pricing work for multi-clinic groups?
Pricing scales with the number of clinics in your organization. Clinics 1–2 pay the standard per-clinic rate; 3–5 clinics receive 10% off per additional clinic; 6–10 clinics 15% off; 11–25 clinics 20% off; 25+ is custom. Annual billing saves an additional 15% and stacks with multi-clinic discounts.

All features are included in the base subscription — multi-clinic discounting applies to the per-clinic rate, not to which features each clinic can access. Full transparent pricing structure at /pricing.
What about data residency and regulatory compliance?
Data residency options support EU, Türkiye, UAE, and Saudi Arabia for primary storage, with full encryption in transit and at rest. We align with HIPAA (US), GDPR (EU), KVKK (Türkiye), and UAE healthcare data regulations. SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification programs are in progress; current security architecture and compliance posture are documented at /trust.

Enterprise customers can request the NDA-gated security packet for IT due diligence — including penetration test summaries, disaster recovery RTO/RPO, and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) templates for US-based clinics.
